Super welcoming staff, offered tea upon arrival. Discounted dinner and free breakfast. Amazing rooftop terrace with great sunset views. Best Moroccan tea of our entire trip. Convenient location near museum and monastery.
Felt happy, no complaints.

Loved the free breakfast and the Moroccan cuisine at the restaurant. The Wi-Fi was decent and the staff at the front desk were always there to listen to my complaints.
Oh, I just adore dirty rooms and a non-existent cleaning service. It's such a thrill to walk on a wet bathroom floor.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The spacious room was comfortable, and the bed was big and cozy. The location was great, with easy accessibility to the town center and other places of interest. The breakfast served at the rooftop terrace was our favorite part, with a beautiful view and a delicious spread of food.
There were some things that were a bit upsetting. The absence of essential items like soap and toilet paper was quite inconvenient.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Upon arrival, we were offered a refreshing tea and made to feel right at home. The rooftop terrace provided a stunning view of the city and was the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The Moroccan tea served here was the best we had throughout our entire trip.
All was well, nothing to complain about.

This accommodation is situated in the heart of the ancient city, with nearby parks and restaurants perfect for exploring. The rooms are spacious, clean, and include air conditioning and hot showers. Guests are also treated with a delicious breakfast and other culinary delights. The rooftop view is stunning and provides a relaxing atmosphere for the guests.
The bathroom has some room for improvement in terms of size and facilities.

We had an amazing experience in this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, featuring a variety of fresh and tasty options. Additionally, the staff members were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed, from transportation to recommendations for sightseeing. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with vibrant colors and beautiful traditional Moroccan patterns throughout. The general areas, such as the lobby and terrace, were easily accessible for senior people like me, with plenty of comfortable seating options and wide hallways. It was such a delight to explore the hotel and experience the rich Moroccan culture in its design.
I would have loved to see more amenities specifically catered to senior people, like extra handrails in the hallways or a shuttle service to explore the city. Though the children working there were friendly and helpful, having these additional features would have made my vacation even more enjoyable and convenient.

Spent Christmas at this place and it was nothing special. However, the breakfast was really nice and the location was great, really close to the main square. the room was quite spacious which was a plus.
The overall condition of the hotel was lacking. The interior was old and looked like it needed some maintenance.
